All these suggestions were created for those of you who are on a TIME CRUNCH & want to hit THE BEST things to do/see while visiting SeaWorld Orlando. We know most visitors to Orlando Florida, are only here for a couple of days and are looking for ways to maximize your vacation & playtime... HERE. YOU. GO!
#1 Shark Encounter Tunnel - (Ashley's Favorite)
- Journey underground into one of the world’s largest underwater viewing tunnels that is home to a 700,000-gallon aquarium, with all sorts of amazing sharks. You get this incredible feeling of being extremely close, (yet so far away), to multiple sharks as they swim overhead, to your left, and your right. This is an Instagramers paradise... and the videos (see a Facebook post HERE) truly do it no justice.. definitely a must-see!
QUICK TIP: Do this as EARLY as possible... this line backs up quickly and trust me, it's one experience that you DON'T want to miss!
#2 WATCH THE KILLER WHALES PERFORM (Nate's favorite)
- It’s incredible to see these guys up close and personal... especially when you sit in the first few rows (be warned... you WILL get soaked)! To see an 8,000 lb (give or take a few lbs) mammal do flips in mid-air, is seriously incredible and so very impressive! Not only do you get to see the Orcas perform, the training team at SeaWorld does an excellent job on educating you about the Orcas as well!
QUICK TIP: The best seats (in our opinion), is either closest to the exits or front row. Depending upon how wet or dry you want to be, both spots are good for multiple reasons and it just depends on how close you want to be to the Killer Whales.
#3 Cool Off By Getting Soaked To The Bone
- WARNING... There is a 97% chance that you will be COMPLETELY soaked to the bone if you ride Infinity Falls! The bright side of hopping on this ride...
- After you sweat for half the day, you can get a quick 'rinse'
- Your clothes will get wet, ergo, you stay cooler for longer
- Your shoes get a good cleanse
- There is a nice DROP... (hence the word "Falls" in the name)
- Once you get splashed the first time, your energy comes back immediately & you are good to walk around the park for another couple of hours
- And you get an opportunity to splash the onlookers, crossing over the bridge... sneaky sneaky 😜
QUICK TIP: I've been on this ride MULTIPLE times, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there may have been a very small part of clothing, that wasn't completely soaked. Long story short, either bring an extra pair of clothes to change or wear quick-drying clothes & shoes! HERE is a list of items that we suggest bringing/wearing, while you visit SeaWorld Orlando. The 2 most important items for this ride are the SPF shirts (quick-dry & great sun protection) & the water shoes (also quick drying)
#4 GET THE BEST ADRENALINE RUSH ON THESE ROLLER-COASTERS (Blake's favorite)
- Technically this counts as 3 of our top must-do's and these are also the longest-lasting coasters in the park... Mako, Manta, and Kraken
QUICK TIP: Most of the time, these coasters have the longest lines! A great way to 'skip the line' is either by getting Quick Queue Passes (click HERE) or try getting to these roller-coasters as early as possible, during your visit!

#5 HANG OUT WITH THE DOLPHINS (see a funny clip HERE)
So, there are a few ways to do this, and these are our 'suggested' ways to do it...
- Get a HANDS-ON experience (click HERE to see BEST pricing)
- Go underground and see the dolphins swim around you
- Head over to the Dolphin Nursery (near the front entrance)
- Watch the Dolphin Adventure Show
QUICK TIP: The best way to see what time the shows are going on, is via the SeaWorld Phone Application (free). When you are in the app, click 'View Today's Schedule' & it will pull up that full day's schedule of ALL the shows
#6 FEED THE SEA LIONS
These guys have SO much character and are so funny to watch, especially when the food comes out! The best part... you get 3 feeding trays for only $10, AND you can feed not only the Sea Lions, but you can also feed the Sharks & Sting Rays!
